This document describes how the site actually works. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer; items in square brackets must be confirmed by the site owner before launch.
Agreement
By using huzaifaawais.me (“the site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Muhammad Huzaifa Awais, an individual.
The tools
The tools are provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. Calculators use standard formulas and are tested, but results can be wrong because of input mistakes, rounding, browser differences or bugs. Check important results independently before relying on them for engineering, financial, legal, academic or safety decisions.
Your content
You keep all rights to the text and files you process. Because processing happens on your device, the site does not receive or store your content (except what you send through the contact form and the URL you submit in the optional fetch mode of the security headers checker, as described in the privacy policy). You are responsible for having the right to process the content you use with the tools, and for keeping your own backups.
Acceptable use
Use of the site is also governed by the acceptable use policy. Access may be limited or blocked for anyone who abuses the site or its server.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, text and code are © Huzaifa Awais, except third-party open-source libraries, which remain under their own licences (listed in the project’s README). You may link to any page.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from the use of or inability to use the site or its tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan [confirm], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
