What it does
Every character is drawn with rejection sampling from crypto.getRandomValues, so no character is more likely than another. At least one of each chosen type is guaranteed.

How long should a password be?
16 or more characters with mixed types gives over 100 bits of entropy, far beyond brute force reach.
Should I store passwords in a browser note?
Use a password manager. Do not keep passwords in plain text files or chats.
