NanoNear product suite

A family of business SaaS products (CRM, Sign, Email Marketing, Track, HR and more) sharing one account, each sold and billed on its own.

The problem

Small businesses end up paying for, and logging into, a separate tool for customers, signatures, campaigns, sales and hiring. NanoNear brings those tools under one identity without forcing anyone to buy the whole bundle.

Approach

  • One unified account across every product, with plans and subscriptions kept per product so customers pay only for what they use.
  • A shared tenant structure, so a company workspace can hold employee accounts under a main account and every product respects it.
  • Products launched one at a time; Nano Work was the first to go to production.

Architecture

  • Laravel applications deployed on cPanel shared hosting, with artisan tasks run through the host’s PHP 8.3 binary.
  • Campaign email sent through a hosted mailbox with a daily sending cap, so the email product schedules around provider limits.
  • Integrations that are not yet approved by the platform owners (Meta, Microsoft Teams) are kept out of the shipped feature list.

Challenges

  • Running a multi-product SaaS on shared hosting, where background workers and outbound SMTP ports are restricted.
  • Keeping billing separate per product while sign-in and the workspace stay shared.
