Questions
Why paste instead of entering a URL?
Fetching other websites from a browser is blocked by CORS, and fetching through a server raises privacy and abuse concerns. Pasting keeps it simple and private.
Is a skipped heading level an error?
It is not fatal for SEO, but it confuses screen reader users who navigate by headings, which is why it is flagged.
