    Questions

Does it work with password protected PDFs?

No. Encrypted PDFs must be unlocked in a PDF reader first; the tool will tell you if a file is protected.

Are bookmarks and form fields kept?

Page content, annotations and links are kept. Document level bookmarks (outlines) from the source files are not carried over.
