What it does
Useful for bit masks, register values and colour codes. Because conversion uses BigInt, 64-bit and larger values convert exactly with no floating point rounding.

Questions
Are fractions supported?
No, integers only. Negative values are shown with a minus sign rather than two’s complement.
Can I use underscores as separators?
Yes. Underscores and spaces are ignored, so 1111_0000 is read as 11110000.
