What it does
Phone photos often carry an orientation flag that some apps ignore. This tool reads that flag, applies your rotation and flip, and saves a file whose pixels are physically in the right orientation.

Questions
Does rotating reduce quality?
PNG output is lossless. JPEG output is reencoded at high quality (92), which is visually lossless for most images.
Can I rotate by any angle?
Only right angles, which never crop or add borders.
