Which words stay lowercase in Title Case?
Short articles, conjunctions and prepositions such as a, and, of, the and with, unless they start the text.
Does it handle acronyms in camelCase input?
Yes. "parseHTMLResponse" splits into parse, HTML and Response before converting.
