Runs on your device

Result

Results appear here after you select “Validate”.

What it does

This is an offline check: it catches malformed addresses, typos and throwaway domains without contacting any mail server, so it never alerts the recipient and never leaks your list.

How to use it

  1. Paste one address per line.
  2. Validate.
  3. Fix or remove invalid and risky addresses.

Example

The example fills in realistic values and runs the tool. Select Try an example above to see it.

When it helps

  • Cleaning a newsletter list.
  • Checking addresses typed at events.
  • Validating sign up form data.

Questions

Does it check whether the mailbox exists?

No. That requires contacting the mail server, which is slow, unreliable and often blocked. Syntax and typo checks catch the most common problems.

Why flag role addresses?

Addresses like info@ go to shared inboxes, which tend to have lower engagement and higher complaint rates.
