Questions

Is it legal to collect emails this way?

Only use contact data you have a right to process. Laws such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM and Pakistan’s PECA restrict unsolicited marketing to harvested addresses.

How are phone numbers normalised?

Separators are removed and a leading 00 becomes +. Numbers with fewer than 9 or more than 15 digits are ignored.
